How does it work?

School-SMS is a desktop windows application that is installed easily at school and managed by a centralized server for the SMS submission and monitoring.

Attendance Application

Checks the student's attendance status in the MIS system and prepares a list of students for immediate SMS submission.
Administration approves the SMS submission.
Parent reply by text to the school administration.
System analyzes the parents replies and closes the event or operates a search procedure for the missing child.

Group events application

School administration can send text messages to individuals or groups.
Handles events such as terror, criminal activity, weather alerts, and class cancel, etc.
Administration composes a message and sends by SMS to the target group.
Standard messages are stored in the database, and can be sent by one click.

No additional Hardware

The application is designed to be easily installed on the administration PC or on the attendance application PC. The PC should have an internet connection.
