Fetcher - Gets documents from different sources |

Production Manager - Dispatches and manages the documents during the merging process. |

Template Database - The user can store different document templates in the template database, and merge the raw documents (ASCII) with their relevant templates. |

FAXport API (Application Programming Interface)
FAXport's API makes it easy to integrate FAXport with almost any external application. Some popular applications like Goldmine® and ACT!® have already been integrated into FAXport. FAXport's API comes in two flavors: SFAPI (Simple Fax API) is used to integrate applications with the standard FAXport client software.
EFAPI (Extended Fax API) allows integrators to fully link third party applications without even using FAXport client software. Fax-enable any IBM mainframe, AS/400, Unix, Open-VMS, legacy. ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft can also be integrated to interoperate with FAXport through the rich API toolkit.
